• does not reserve any city, territory, shop or store for you

We may decline an enquiry, or stop responding to it, at our discretion.

5. Franchise information

• Any franchise is created only by a written franchise agreement signed by you and the company. Fees, support, territory and all other terms are decided only in that agreement.
• Services described as "proposed", "aimed" or "support we aim to provide" are subject to the agreement and to confirmation by the company.
• No profits, sales, medicine supply, footfall or returns are guaranteed. Business results depend on many factors outside our control, such as location, management, competition and local conditions.
• Investment amounts, costs and timelines vary by city, shop size, interiors, stock and approvals. Any figures discussed in consultation are estimates only.
• Design, interior and construction costs are not stated as included in any franchise fee unless the signed agreement says so.
• You are responsible for obtaining and keeping the licences and approvals needed to run a pharmacy, such as the drug licence and GST registration. We do not issue these and cannot guarantee that the authorities will grant them.
• A registered pharmacist is required to operate a retail pharmacy under Indian law. You are responsible for meeting this requirement.
• You should take independent legal, financial and professional advice before signing any agreement or investing money.

6. Store and launch information

Details about stores, locations, opening dates, the online pharmacy and other plans are provided for general information. They are plans, not promises, and may change, be delayed or be cancelled without notice. Images of stores, interiors and designs on this website are concept images and are illustrative only. They may not represent an actual or completed store.

7. No medical advice

This website is for business and general information only. Nothing on it is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it must not be used in place of advice from a qualified doctor or pharmacist. Please do not send medical queries, prescriptions or health records through this website. In an emergency, contact a doctor, a hospital or local emergency services immediately.

Individual MedoIndia Pharmacy stores operating under franchise are responsible for their own pharmacy operations, licences, dispensing and compliance with applicable law.

The MedoIndia Pharmacy name, logo, designs, text, images, layout and other content on this website belong to us or our licensors, including Shavol Healthcare, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website and print or share pages for personal, non-commercial information. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our brand, logos or content for any other purpose without our prior written permission. Use of the MedoIndia name and branding by a franchise partner is allowed only under a signed franchise agreement.
